Processing Time:
The processing time to dispatch orders is usually within 1-2 business days. Please note for some products this may be longer, especially in busier times, although I always aim to get these out on the time advised i will let you know if this is going to be longer. You can always get in touch using the button below if you have a specific query.

Customs & Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
/ RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We gladly accept cancellations. Please notify me within 3 hours of purchase.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalised items.

For non personalised items we accept returns if the item is in its original packaging and within 14 days of purchase. You will be responsible for postage costs to return the item. Please send returns to:

If a refund is issued this will be refunded to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 5 - 10 working business days for the refund to show on your statement.
